Frassati Fest 2021

Virtual speakers giving testimonies, games, adoration/confession, and the Bishop connecting with these teens. Our keynote speaker will be speaking on this year's theme: REBUILD. Our youth program has partnered with St. Luke's in Plain, St. Johns in Spring Green, Blessed Trinity in Dane, and St. Patrick in Lodi to give the students the best experience possible while having fun and hearing some amazing testimonies very relevant to our youth and the times we are living.

Registration Deadline:  Wednesday, February 3, 2021

Parents are welcome to join us for the day.  This is a great way for you to be involved in the parish and experience what amazing opportunities are out there for our youth to grow in holiness! I would also appreciate it if you are able to sign up on a genius sign up to help and possibly help prepare the brunch and serve brunch with Lisa.

Event Chaperones are: Lisa Enerson, Matt Holly, and Geno Finn.

Please complete and check the checkbox of consent and release of liability in the registration form. As a parent or legal guardian, you remain fully responsible for any legal responsibility which may result from any actions taken by the named student(s).

I hereby request that my child/ren participate in the event described on this registration page. I further consent to the conditions stated on participation in this event. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Divine Mercy Parish, the Diocese of Madison, its officers, directors, and agents, Bishop Donald Hying, and all employees and chaperones related to any accident or injury my child may sustain associated with this event. In the event of an emergency, I hereby give permission to transport my child to a hospital for emergency treatment or surgery.

My child(ren) and I agree to follow all the rules of the event, participate in planned activities, and follow all staff requests including mask mandates set for Sauk County.
