Celebrating 25 Years of Priesthood Rev. Miguel Gálvez

The Society of Jesus Christ the Priest joyfully invites the community of Mary, Mother of Mercy Pastorate to gather in gratitude and prayer as we celebrate a beautiful milestone: the 25th Anniversary of Ordination of Rev. Miguel Gálvez.

Twenty five years ago, Fr. Miguel placed his life on the altar in service to Christ and His Church. Since then, his priesthood has been marked by fidelity, pastoral charity, and a steady devotion to the people entrusted to his care. A silver jubilee is not only a personal celebration, but a moment for the whole Church to give thanks for God’s generosity.

The celebration will center, as it should, on the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass, followed by a joyful time of fellowship with parishioners, friends, and family.

Immediately following Mass, all are warmly invited to a reception in the St. Aloysius School Gym. This will be a relaxed and festive opportunity to share a meal, extend congratulations, and enjoy one another’s company. The reception is free and will feature appetizers, authentic Mexican cuisine, drinks, and desserts, all offered with the generous hospitality of our community.

Please join us for an evening of prayer, gratitude, and good cheer as we thank God for the gift of Fr. Miguel’s priesthood and celebrate this significant moment in his vocation.
